CHECK-IN TIME — 3PM    If you require an earlier check-in, please indicate when making your reservation and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. You can always drop off your bags for your convenience.

  • Check-In is 3PM.   Check-Out is 11AM.
  • All rates are per night, based on double occupancy with a two night minimum.
  • Holiday periods may have a higher minimum night requirement.
  • Additional charge per person/night over two. No children under 17.
  • 50% deposit required for reservation with balance due on arrival.
  • Rates do not include 14.96% Hawaii state taxes.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice, until confirmation.
  • 10% discount for active military or Kama'aina
              Military ID or HI driver's license upon arrival. (Can't be combined with any other discount.)
  • Airport pickup or other transportation services are not included.
  • If your desired suite choice is not available for your full stay, you may split your stay between suites.

    No cancellation fee on reservation changes.

  • Cancellations prior to 21 days of stay — Deposit is refundable, less a $75 per room cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations within 21 days of stay — Deposit will be forfeited unless room(s) are re-booked.
  • Full deposit credit given if applied to a future reservation rather than cancelling.
     

    • We strongly encourage our guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against the financial penalties of late cancellation.
